UPDONE!

GLAMAZONS, UNITE!

Its that time of year: UPDOs!  Whether its for bridal style, wedding attendance, prom, or any special event, tis the season for tressing up.  Today I've compiled some of my favorite trends and looks to inspire and excite your hair!

Buns n' braids, babes!  Thats what its all about!

Buns are STILL all the rage, I'm in love with them, I think buns are perfect.  Wear yours high up for a haute-r look;  ITS WONDERFUL! Its BUNderful!

 The stunning third Olson, Elizabeth.

I'm pretty sure this is Ashly Greene.  Gorgeous.

 Claire Danes, totally classic.

Anne Hathaway, also super amazing.

As aforementioned, friends,  still hot on trend for more formal events are braids, tons and tons of braids.  Tension and texture decide the severity of the look.  Talk to your pro (HEY GIRL!) about what will work for your event!

Charlize, this is a work of art.

 Same goes to you, Glee!

Hunger Braids.

Kate Beckinsale

Braided crown! So beautiful!

Runway look, super soft!

Not into the top trends that you've seen thus far?  Stick to a classic, romantic look suitable for all styles, sizes, face shapes, etc; think an organic wave, tousled movement with slight volume, and a soft silhouette.  We're talking foolproof beauty, my darlings.

Emma Stone-fox, natural texture with twists.

Blake lively, natural texture with braid and twists.

Amber Heard rocking some serious elegance.

Brooklyn Decker, my dad's favorite.

The adorable Taylor Swift.

Leighton Meister does half up/half down, all beautiful.

Zoe Saldana; girl know's how to shine.

I will always love Kirsten Dunst, and this is gorgeous.

I hope this got some wheels turning, babes!  So when you're thinking about your upcoming event, don't disregard the classic up-do.  Get creative, think past the old-fashioned french twist and lets have some fun!
But just so you know,
I still love french twists.

Badgley Mischka
